Meet Krystina | Washington & Florida Counselor

Krystina Ptasinski is a master’s level clinician, earning her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology (MACP) from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology and her Master of Arts in Theology (MAT) from Fuller Theological Seminary. Krystina has specialized training in trauma recovery, grief, and substance use disorders/addiction recovery with a trauma-focused psychodynamic narrative therapy background. Krystina has trained extensively with The Allender Center and is an EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) and Lifespan Integration provider.

Krystina holds both her license in mental health (LMHC) and treatment of substance use disorders (SUDP) in the state of Washington and is a registered out-of-state Telehealth provider for Florida (https://www.flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/).

Krystina leverages her decades-long experience as a performer in both theatre and dance to invite clients back into a relationship with their bodies and facilitate communication between mind, body, and spirit.

Krystina has direct experience with grief stories, addiction cycles, significant life and financial transitions, sudden/unexpected and traumatic death, and recovery from profound medical and emotional trauma.
