I believe that healing is best supported in a consistent, predictable environment, and in relationship. Building this therapeutic relationship takes time, commitment, and trust, and is best created with regular and frequent sessions. Seeing each other weekly is where I begin.
Finding a therapist that is a good fit for you, who you are, and what you bring are important aspects of this work. I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation so that we may get a sense of one another and address any initial questions you may have about this work or my role as your therapist. I offer weekly individual sessions and when appropriate, twice-a-week sessions.
In light of COVID-19, I am currently holding all sessions virtually over a HIPAA compliant video platform.
Rate:
Individual Sessions for Mental Health Counseling for adults $185 per 50-minute session.
I do, at times, have limited sliding scale slots available to those without insurance benefits. Please inquire about available openings.
I am an out of network provider, which means I do not bill insurance companies. Payment is due at time of session through credit/debit card payment. I do provide a monthly receipt for sessions paid in full that clients can submit to insurance to go towards their out of network deductible. It is the client’s responsibility to understand their out of network benefits.
